Kamille's friend Luke needed a homecoming escort to walk him onto the football field last minutes. We went out and got her an outfit last night. I told Luke's mom that I don't mind, but Kami can be very shy and mean when she doesn't want to do something. Won't you know that I look like the mom who is the liar. Kami had the best time of her life. Luke is her new best friend. Luke was such a gentleman. He didn't let Kami out of his sight. It was a night to remember. More pictures will come from Luke's mom later. The most important part to all of this is the silver sparkle shoes that she adores and the silver headband.
I only knew about this for a day so I worked hard to remind her that this is not about Kami but about Luke getting his football metal. I didn't want her to think it was about her. Well, she thinks it is all about Luke and her walking under the "tunnel" and she got a gift certificate so she ended up with something. She kept telling me to go away because she wanted to go under the arches again. She really had fun.
